Why did you choose to study at CodeAcademy?
I was looking for SEO courses and wanted to find a reliable program with strong positive reviews. After researching, I came across many great testimonials about the SEO course at CodeAcademy, so I decided this was the right place for me.
What were your initial goals when you decided to study at CodeAcademy?
My goal was to deepen my knowledge and gain hands-on experience in SEO. I already had a basic understanding, but I wanted to refine my skills and apply them in practice.
How did you stay motivated during challenging moments?
I stayed committed to my goal. Of course, there were times when I felt discouraged, but I always reminded myself why I started. Keeping that in mind helped me stay motivated and keep pushing forward.
What did you do to land your first job?
I took a proactive approach to job searching from the second half of my studies. I sent out my CV to companies looking for SEO specialists and consistently researched market demands to understand what employers were seeking.
What advice would you give to those looking to switch careers?
If you want it—just go for it. You don’t want to look back and regret not trying something new that you were passionate about. For those currently transitioning careers or job hunting, I’d suggest staying motivated, reminding yourself why you started, and not giving up when facing rejection.
